Structure:	Human engineering and streamline design, easy to operate. It’s convenient to replace the cam, needle and other parts.
Cylinder:	Cylinder is durable as it is made of special alloy under precision processing and heat treatment.
Cams:	Using Japanese alloy steel as raw material, the cams are processed by CNC and through several processing, such as: CAD, CAM and heat treatment.
Central Stitch System:	Latest design of central stitch system is delicate, simple and stable, which can adjust the fabric grammage quickly.
Creel:	New top creel with ample space makes operation and cylinder-replacement much easier, which can save more time
Control Panel:	High-tech operating system, advanced electronic components and humanized design can ensure the simple operation.

3. Machine Description:

1). New design vertical yarn selector is made of Japanese alloy steel. Excellent wear-resistance results in super long life. Excellent design not only reduces the weight and space occupation but also improves the stability, running speed and yarn-waste-proof capacity.

2). Owing to optimized design, more feeders are available, and 15% productivity increase.

3). When needles are moving in the tracks, all new optimized cams slot reduce the friction, heating, noise and save energy greatly. Compact structure results in less weight and space occupation, but the performance is better.

4). International advanced computerized needle selecting system is adopted, so needle selector is controlled accurately.
