Product introduction

The main control is of advanced computerized needles selection and precision-engineered knitting assembly, which could choose needles from the cylinder for knit, tuck and miss carns for more patterned jacquard fabrics.

Smart encoder of needle position and zero position of frame, auto-compensation against eff ects of inertia from start-stop, detachable feedback unit and auto zero-reset, all these guarantee the stability of system.

Computerized pattern control for variable complicated patterns, memory available and easy change of complicated jacquard pattern by touch screen and download function.

The cylinder is made from special alloy steel through precision-engineering and special heat treatment so that the pattern keys needle jack and needles could work precisely and closely in the needle track with less wear and tear.
